Job Description
▼Job Responsibilities
① Press Machine Operation & Maintenance
We use press machines to manufacture products.
This includes preparing and replenishing materials, as well as monitoring the machines to ensure they are operating properly.
◆First 6 months after joining the company
・Operate machines that mix lubricating powder with raw materials
・Follow instructions from senior staff while learning the work
◆6 months to 1 year of employment
・Continue mixing powder with materials
・Check that machines are operating properly
・Receive guidance and training from senior operators
◆From the 2nd Year Onward
・Adjust and set up press machines (change settings as needed)
・Check for defects and ensure product quality (quality control)
(Daily Schedule)
8:00 AM : Meet up
8:05 : Start work
10:00–10:10 : (Break)
11:45–12:40 : Break (Lunch)
15:00–15:10 : (Break)
5:15 : End of work
▼Salary
Net pay: 210,000 yen + overtime pay
Base salary: 170,000 yen
