▼Job Responsibilities
Aluminum Tube Production Line Operator
- Operation and Maintenance of Press Machines
We use machines to make products.
We prepare and restock materials and check to make sure the machines are operating properly.
◆First 6 Months After Joining the Company
・We use a machine that mixes lubricant (powder) into the raw materials.
・I will follow my senior's instructions.
◆6 months to 1 year after joining the company
・We will continue mixing the powder into the ingredients.
・Check to see if the machine is operating normally
・Tips from Experienced Operators
◆Second Year and Beyond
・Adjust the press machine (change the settings)
・We check for defective products (quality control)

8:05: The assignment begins
10:00–10:10 (Break)
11:45–12:40: Break (Lunch)

Net Monthly Salary: 210,000 yen + Overtime Pay
(Base Salary: 170,000 yen + Flat-Rate Allowance)
- For employees assigned exclusively to night shifts: A separate night shift allowance of 50,000 yen will be paid.

・Family Allowance: Single individuals: 5,000 yen (If you have dependents: Spouse: 10,000 yen; Children and parents: 5,000 yen per person)
・Housing allowance: 8,000 yen for single-person households; 13,000 yen for households with dependents
・Regional Allowance: 7,000 yen for single employees; 10,000 yen for employees with a spouse
・Attendance Bonus: 10,000 yen
・Lunch allowance: 4,000 yen
・Overtime pay: Paid separately in full based on actual hours worked (average of approximately 30,000 yen)
