Job Description
▼Job Responsibilities
① Operation and maintenance of press machines
We use machines to manufacture products.
I prepare and replenish materials and check that the machines are operating properly.
◆First 6 months after joining the company
・We use a machine that mixes lubricant (powder) into the raw materials
・I will follow my senior’s instructions
◆6 months to 1 year of employment
・Next, we will continue mixing the powder into the ingredients
・Check that the machine is operating normally
・Tips from experienced operators
◆Second year of employment and beyond
・Adjust the press machine (change the settings)
・We check for defective products (quality control)
(Daily Schedule)
8:00 a.m.: Meet up
8:05: Assignment begins
10:00–10:10 (Break)
11:45–12:40: Break (Lunch)
3:00–3:10 p.m. (Break)
5:15 PM: End of class

Net pay: 210,000 yen + overtime pay
Base salary: 170,000 yen
