Commuters: Hourly wage ¥1,900 ~ ¥2,375
Residents: Hourly wage ¥1,600 ~ ¥2,000
Residents receive free dormitory accommodation.

- Monthly income examples: Commuters can earn ¥414,000 or more, and dormitory residents can earn ¥349,000 or more. (This breakdown includes 171 hours of basic work, 27 hours of overtime, and 54 hours of late-night work.)

【Working Hours】
Shift rotation system: 8:30 ~ 17:20, 20:30 ~ 5:20 (Actual working time 7 hours 50 minutes)
8:30 ~ 19:00, 20:30 ~ the next day 7:00 (Actual working time 9 hours 30 minutes)

【Break Times】
Lunch break for 1 hour, plus two 10-minute breaks at other times. Breaks other than lunch are paid breaks.
