▼Job Responsibilities
You will operate machinery used to produce plastic trays for food packaging. - This involves heating plastic material and shaping it within molds. - You will use trimming machines to remove the formed plastic pieces. - Physical tasks include changing molds and loading materials. - The new machinery is designed for easy operation.

(Daily Schedule) 8:30 AM Morning meeting & cleaning. Share announcements and updates. 8:45 AM Start work. Proceed to your assigned line and begin production. 10:00 AM - 10:15 AM Short break 12:00 PM - 12:45 PM Lunch break 12:45 PM Resume work. Continue working towards production targets.
15:00–15:15 Short break 17:30 Cleaning and tidying up Organize used tools and sweep the floor. 17:45 End of work/Leaving On days without overtime, leave at the regular time. If overtime is required, resume work after a short break (15 minutes).

Monthly salary: ¥200,000 to ¥360,000 (Working days: 21 days/month) ※(Additional allowances) ・Family allowance (Spouse: ¥20,000, Child: ¥5,000/child) ・Overtime pay (30 hours: ¥45,000~) ・Commuting allowance (Per company policy) (Monthly income example)
For inexperienced employees (spouse, 1 child) Base salary: ¥201,600 (Hourly wage: ¥1,200, 21 days/month) Spouse allowance: ¥20,000 Child (1): ¥5,000 Overtime allowance: ¥45,000 (30 hours) Commuting allowance: Provided separately
