▼Job Responsibilities
【Administrative & Interpretation Staff】 We are seeking individuals to join our team as Administrative & Interpretation Staff. This role involves assisting Indonesian clients in finding housing in Japan with peace of mind. - Work at "Ii Heya Net" stores assisting with rental property searches - Provide support in Japanese and various languages to clients from overseas - Handle inquiries via phone and email
- Simple PC data entry tasks - Document organization This is a role where you can utilize your language skills while helping others. No prior real estate knowledge is required; thorough training is provided. We encourage applications from those without experience.
▼Salary
Monthly Salary: ¥306,000~ *Includes overtime pay and fixed allowances *Base Salary: ¥226,000 【Fixed Allowances】 ¥80,000 per month (Regional Allowance, Global Allowance, etc.)
【Various Allowances】 Commuting Allowance: Actual expenses reimbursed (up to ¥40,000 monthly cap) Real Estate License Holder Allowance: Qualified individuals only (¥10,000 monthly) Family Allowance: Spouse ¥10,500, Children (under 18) ¥3,500 per child 【Pay Raises】 Granted based on evaluation and performance 【Bonuses】 Twice yearly (paid based on performance)
