▼Job Responsibilities
【Administrative & Interpretation Staff】 We are seeking individuals to join our team as Administrative & Interpretation Staff. This role involves assisting Indonesian clients in finding housing in Japan with peace of mind. - Work at "Ii Heya Net" stores assisting with rental property searches - Provide support in Japanese and various languages to clients from overseas - Handle inquiries via phone and email
- Simple PC data entry tasks - Document organization This is a role where you can utilize your language skills while helping others. No prior real estate knowledge is required; thorough training is provided. We encourage applications from those without experience.
▼Salary
Monthly Salary: 306,000 yen and up
*Includes flat-rate allowances
*Base Salary: 226,000 yen
[Flat-Rate Allowances]
80,000 yen per month (regional allowance, global allowance, etc.)
【Various Allowances】
Commuting allowance: Reimbursed based on actual expenses (up to 40,000 yen per month)
Real Estate Broker License allowance: For licensed individuals only (10,000 yen per month)
Family allowance: 10,500 yen for spouse, 3,500 yen per child (under 18 years old)
【Pay Raises】
Granted based on performance evaluations and company results
【Bonuses】
Twice a year (paid based on company results)
