[Facility Management Staff]
As a Facility Management Staff member, you’ll ensure that office buildings and commercial facilities run smoothly, keeping them safe and comfortable for everyone.
- Conduct regular inspections and maintenance of office buildings and commercial facilities.
- Check electrical systems, air conditioning, and other equipment to ensure proper operation.
- Respond to any issues that arise, including coordinating with repair contractors.
- Collaborate with team members to maintain a safe and efficient environment.

- Monthly salary: ¥240,000 and up

【Salary Example】
For 6 on-call shifts and 10 hours of overtime per month:
・Qualified personnel: ¥300,000 monthly
・Unqualified personnel: ¥250,000 monthly

【Working Hours】
Monthly variable working hours system (average weekly hours within 40)
Day shift: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM
On-call shift: 9:00 AM to 9:30 AM the following day

【Break Time】
1 hour break for day shifts
2-hour break and 6-hour nap for night shifts

【Sample Work Hours】
Ikebukuro Station area: Day shift 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM / On-call shift 9:00 AM - 9:00 AM
Nakameguro Station area: Day shift 6:50 AM - 3:20 PM / On-call shift 8:40 AM - 9:10 AM
