【Base Salary】Monthly salary of ¥280,000
(includes 40 hours of fixed overtime)

▼Overtime Details
There is an average of 20 hours of overtime per month.
The base salary includes a fixed overtime allowance equivalent to 40 hours.

【Annual Holidays】125 days. Follows the company calendar; generally operates on a two-day weekend system.

The first 3 months after joining the company will be a probationary period. However, there will be no change in treatment.
