【Assembly】Assembly work using air impact wrenches
【Machining】Set parts into machining equipment, press buttons for automated processing, remove parts when machine stops, perform deburring and dimensional measurement
*Some workplaces have air conditioning, but depending on the location, environments may be hot in summer and cold in winter. Noise levels may require earplugs.
▼Salary
Base Pay 2,000 × 160 h = 320,000 yen
Late-Night Allowance 500 × 60 h = 30,000 yen
Overtime Allowance 2,500 × 30 h = 75,000 yen
Holiday Work Allowance 2,700 × 8 h = 21,600 yen
Commuting expenses: 12,827 yen
① Total: 459,427 yen
Social insurance deductions based on the above salary of 459,427 yen
Health insurance premiums: 21,560 yen
Employee pension premiums: 40,260 yen
Unemployment insurance premiums: 2,527 yen
(Long-term care insurance premiums apply from age 40) Long-term care insurance premium = 3,520 yen

① - ② = 391,560 yen
*Income tax is also deducted from the amount calculated in ① - ② above.
Payroll is processed at the end of each month and paid via bank transfer on the 15th of the following month (or the previous business day if the 15th falls on a bank holiday).
