Job Description

▼Job Responsibilities
【Agricultural Machinery Manufacturing Welding】
Weld metal components on the agricultural tractor production line.

Specific duties:
- Semi-automatic welding operations (Manually weld areas inaccessible to robotic welding systems)
- Move metal components using slings and cranes

Equipment Used:
Semi-automatic welding machine / Slinging equipment / Crane (under 5 tons) / Impact wrench

【Hourly Wage】¥1,600~¥2,000
【Pay Raises/Bonus System】Available
- Pay Raises: Annual evaluation
- Bonuses: Provided within regulations
→ Paid at end of June and December; amount varies based on tenure
3 to less than 6 months: ¥50,000
6 to less than 12 months: ¥100,000
12 months or more: ¥200,000
【Overtime Hourly Rate】¥2,000 (25% increase over regular hourly rate)
【Holiday Work Hourly Rate】¥2,700 (35% increase over regular hourly rate)
【Commuting Expenses】Reimbursed (up to ¥12,827/month)
