Manufacturing of agricultural machinery
On the agricultural tractor production line:
- Semi-automatic welding for component attachment
- Handling residual welding tasks not performed by welding robots
- Moving metal components along the line using slings and cranes
▼Salary
Base Pay: 1,600 × 155 hours = ¥248,000
Overtime Allowance: 2,000 × 20 hours = ¥40,000
Holiday Work Allowance: 2,000 × 8 hours = ¥16,000
① Total: ¥304,000
Health Insurance Premium = ¥14,700
Employee Pension Insurance Premium = ¥27,450
Unemployment Insurance Premium = ¥1,672
Long-Term Care Insurance Premium (applies from age 40) = ¥2,400
② Total: ¥46,222
① - ② = ¥257,778
Payroll cycle: Payroll cut-off on the 15th, payment on the 5th of the following month.
