Job Description
▼Job Responsibilities
The primary task involves grinding the weld areas on spiral steel pipes.
Additionally, you will perform pipe inspections and ultimately learn welding techniques.
Those without prior experience will start with pipe inspections and progress to grinding work.
All work processes require passing an in-house certification exam before performing the actual tasks.
No heavy lifting is required.
▼Salary
Hourly wage: 1,400 yen/hour
Overtime pay: 1,750 yen/hour
Transportation allowance (maximum): 12,827 yen/month
Training allowance: 1,400 yen/hour (when training is conducted at our company’s training facility)
Base salary: 1,400 × 168 hours = 235,200 yen
Overtime allowance: 1,750 × 20 hours = 35,000 yen
① Total: 270,200 yen
◆ Social insurance deductions based on the above salary of 270,200 yen
Health insurance premium = 13,720 yen
Employee pension premium = 25,620 yen
Unemployment insurance premium = 1,486 yen
Long-term care insurance premium (applies from age 40) = 2,240 yen
② Total: 43,066 yen
① - ② = 227,134 yen
*Income tax is also deducted from the amount calculated in ① - ② above.
Payroll is processed at the end of each month and paid via bank transfer on the 15th of the following month (or the previous business day if the 15th falls on a bank holiday).
