Job Description
▼Job Responsibilities
You will work at a manufacturing company specializing in marine equipment.
Assemble and install control devices based on technical drawings using hand tools and electric drivers
Make adjustments and corrections while checking your work
Use testing equipment to check electrical flow and operation, and identify any issues
Depending on workload, you may be involved in both assembly and inspection processes
▼Salary
Hourly wage: 1,350 yen/hour
Overtime allowance: 1,688 yen/hour
Holiday work allowance: 1,688 yen/hour
Transportation allowance (maximum): 12,827 yen/month
Training allowance: 1,350 yen/hour (when conducted at our company’s training facility)
Base pay: 1,350 × 160 hours = 216,000 yen
Overtime allowance: 1,688 × 10 hours = 16,880 yen
① Total: 232,880 yen
◆ Social insurance deductions from the above salary of 232,880 yen
Health insurance premium = 11,760 yen
Employee pension premium = 21,960 yen
Unemployment insurance premium = 1,281 yen
Long-term care insurance premium (applies from age 40) = 1,920 yen
② Total: 36,921 yen
① - ② = 195,959 yen
*Income tax is also deducted from the amount calculated in ① - ② above.
Payroll is processed at the end of each month and paid via bank transfer on the 15th of the following month (or the previous business day if the 15th falls on a bank holiday).
