▼Job Responsibilities
This is an important job that keeps roads and parks clean so everyone can use them safely.
Clean roads and parks as part of a four-vehicle team (lead vehicle, water truck, road sweeper, and trash truck).
[Lead Vehicle Driver (Road Cleaning and Driving)]
- Work in a team of 3–4 members using the lead vehicle.
- Head out first to clean sidewalks and remove obstacles from roadways.
- Manually clean areas that are difficult to handle with machines.

Daily wage: 13,556 yen and up
*Salary includes a fixed late-night allowance
*Overtime pay for hours exceeding the limit will be paid separately
*Salary varies depending on the type of license held.
[Monthly Income Examples]
- Semi-medium license (night shift): approx. ¥260,000 or more
- Large vehicle license (night shift): approx. ¥330,000 or more
- Large special vehicle license (night shift): approx. ¥360,000 or more
- Transportation expenses reimbursed
- Late-night allowance provided
- Leave allowance (60% of daily wage paid if work is suspended due to rain, etc.)
- Overtime pay provided
- Bonuses twice a year (eligible after one year of employment)
- Pay raises based on company performance
