Job Description
▼Job Responsibilities
This is an important job that keeps roads and parks clean so everyone can use them safely.
We clean roads and parks in teams of four vehicles (lead vehicle, water truck, road sweeper, and trash truck).
[Lead Vehicle Operator (Road Cleaning and Driving)]
- You will work in the lead vehicle with a team of 3–4 members.
- You will be the first to depart and will be responsible for cleaning sidewalks and removing obstacles from the roadway.
- Areas that are difficult to clean are cleaned by hand.

Daily wage: 13,556 yen and up
*Salary includes a flat-rate fixed late-night premium.
*Overtime pay for hours worked beyond the standard hours is paid separately.
*Salary varies depending on the license held.
[Monthly Income Examples]
- For holders of a Class 2 license (night shift): Approximately 260,000 yen or more
- For holders of a Class 1 license (night shift): Approximately 330,000 yen or more
- For holders of a Large Special Vehicle license (night shift): Approx. 360,000 yen or more
- Transportation expenses reimbursed
- Late-night shift premium
- Leave allowance (60% of daily wage paid if work is suspended due to rain, etc.)
- Overtime pay provided
- Bonuses twice a year (eligible after one year of employment)
- Pay raises based on performance
