Job Description
▼Job Responsibilities
- We clean the common areas of the apartment building (wiping down surfaces, sweeping, machine cleaning of floors, etc.).
- We will clean the drainage pipes inside the apartment building using a compact high-pressure washer, working in pairs.
- Work reports are entered into the system. Since the cleaning tasks vary, the work stays interesting.
(Sample Daily Schedule)
8:00 a.m. Meet at the site, morning briefing, preparation, and review of the work process and safety instructions from the leader
9:00 a.m. Assignments begin
10:30 a.m. Break (15 minutes)
10:45 Work resumes
12:00 Lunch break
1:00 PM Work resumes
2:30 p.m. Afternoon break (15 minutes)
2:45 p.m. Work resumes
4:00 PM: End of the afternoon shift → Clean up, revisit vacant units, and perform simple tablet tasks (enter data into the seal registry)
5:00 PM: Event concludes on-site
▼Salary
Monthly salary: 350,000 yen and up
*If you can drive, you will receive a daily driving allowance of 1,000 yen! (20,000 yen per month: 1,000 yen × 20 days)
Bonuses are paid based on performance!
