▼Job Responsibilities
【Hall】
To ensure customers enjoy their meals, you will provide heartfelt service.
* Greet customers with a smile and guide them politely.
* Handle cashier duties accurately.
* Prepare drinks and serve them to customers.
* Perform opening preparations and closing tasks at the restaurant.
【Kitchen】
While learning cooking skills, you will create delicious dishes.
* Prepare ingredients and get ready for cooking.
* Cook dishes and present them beautifully.
* Keep the kitchen clean and maintain proper hygiene standards.
▼Salary
The base monthly salary ranges from ¥230,000 to ¥500,000, including ¥30,000 for 20 hours of fixed overtime. In addition, overtime pay, late-night allowances, and an incentive program are provided. Salary increases are implemented once a year in June. During the probation period (1–3 months), the base salary is ¥210,000. Additional allowances include transportation allowance, qualification allowance, perfect attendance allowance, and family allowance.
