▼Job Responsibilities
【Automotive Parts Machining Staff】
- Set automotive parts in a dedicated machine and process them automatically by pressing a button.
- After processing is finished, remove the parts and send them to the next process.
- You will maintain a clean environment by washing the machine and setting up the next parts.
- Using measuring instruments, inspect the processed products to ensure that they are safe and reliable.
【Assembly Staff】
- Set the processed parts in a jig.
- Accurately join the parts together and complete the assembly.
- Check the appearance of the parts and perform a quality check with measuring instruments.
- By cooperating, you will gain a sense of accomplishment in creating precise products.

Hourly wage: ¥1,450
Monthly salary example: ¥288,449 (based on 21 days worked)
Overtime pay: ¥1,813 per hour
Late-night work allowance: ¥363 per hour
Commuting allowance: Up to ¥13,000
・For working on holidays or non-statutory holidays, a 1,813 yen allowance is paid. For statutory holiday work, a 1,958 yen allowance is paid.
・The closing date is the 15th of each month, and payment is made by bank transfer on the 15th.

The training period is approximately 2 months, and the probation period is 14 days.
