Job Description
▼Job Responsibilities
This position involves picking gardening products for home centers and operating forklifts.
- Operate forklifts to receive exterior and gardening materials.
- Handle shipping and receiving tasks within the facility, including picking items and stacking them onto pallets.
8:00 AM: Unload goods from containers using forklifts
10:00 AM: Morning break
10:20 AM Start picking operations
12:00 PM Lunch break
1:00 PM Resume picking operations
2:00 PM Prepare picked goods for shipment by palletizing
3:00 PM Afternoon break
3:20 PM Load palletized goods onto trucks using forklifts
5:00 PM Clean up the workspace and end work

Monthly Salary: ¥210,000 to ¥270,000
*Salary will be determined based on your Japanese language proficiency level.

▼Overtime Details
There are about 10 to 20 hours in a month.
▼Holiday
Holidays: Saturdays and Sundays. There are three Saturday workdays per year (for inventory and company recreational events).
You will receive 9 consecutive days off for both summer vacation and year-end holidays.
Additionally, employees are granted 4 extra days of refresh leave per year, separate from paid annual leave.

Probationary period: 3 months
Salary conditions remain the same during the probationary period.
