▼Job Responsibilities
【Assembly and Machining of Attraction Components】
◯ Machining and Inspection Tasks
・Set products into machines
・Place machined (ground) products into boxes
・Check for scratches or defects
◯ Assembly
• Check parts and install them in designated locations
• Verify no defects after completion
• Some assembly tasks involve manual work using electric drivers (impact drivers).
◯ Transport Work (Forklift)
• Transport parts using carts or hand pallet trucks
• Some tasks involve transporting parts with forklifts
※ Forklift license is not required
◯ Picking Operations
・ Sort parts by type
・ Transport parts using carts
・ Perform part retrieval and storage
・ Clean parts thoroughly

▼Overtime Details
Overtime work amounts to approximately 40 hours per month. Overtime pay is paid at 1.25 times the hourly wage.
▼Holiday
Weekends are Saturdays and Sundays, observed according to the company calendar. Vacation days include paid leave, as well as Golden Week holidays (8 days) and year-end/New Year holidays (9 days).
▼Training
The probationary period is 2 weeks, and there will be no change in salary during this period. Additionally, for approximately 1 month as part of the training period, you will work day shifts.
