【HV Vehicle Component Visual Inspection】
This job involves performing visual inspections on components used in hybrid vehicles.
It's a simple task of visually checking parts, so even those with no experience can start with confidence.
Specific duties:
・Visually inspect palm-sized electronic components for hybrid vehicles
・Check for scratches or bends, then sort them into good and defective items
＊No microscopes or tweezers are used—this is a visual inspection task! The work is primarily seated, so physical strain is minimal.
After joining, we provide thorough, patient training, so even those new to factory work can feel at ease.
※Occasionally, parts weighing about 2-3kg may be handled, but heavy lifting is rare.

【Overtime Allowance/Holiday Work Allowance】Provided (25% premium on regular hourly wage/¥2,125 per hour)
【Late-Night Work Allowance】Provided (¥425 per hour)
