▼Job Responsibilities
【Air Conditioner Motor Processing】
This job involves manufacturing motors, the heart of air conditioners. The work primarily consists of simple tasks like setting parts into molding machines.
- Place palm-sized parts into molding machines.
-Visually inspect finished products and pack them into boxes.
【Air Conditioner Motor Assembly Work】
This job involves combining precision parts to complete air conditioner motors. It suits those who prefer straightforward tasks.
- Inspect parts before they enter the conveyor line and set them onto the next line.
- Attach specific parts using your fingertips.
【Air Conditioner Motor Inspection】
This is an important job confirming manufactured motors operate without issues. Attention to detail is required.
- Visually inspect products to check for problems.
- If an abnormality is found, re-inspect the product.

Hourly wage: ¥1,450
*Late-night and overtime work are subject to a 25% premium wage.

【Working Hours】
8 hours per day, operating in two shifts: 8:00～16:50 or 20:00～4:50.
【Break Time】
Break time is 50 minutes.

Overtime is under 20 hours per month.
▼Holiday
Weekends off, with over 120 days of holiday per year.
There are also long holidays.
