The Role: Head Chef Candidate / Chef / Assistant Chef
You will be responsible for overall kitchen operations and management.
As you become familiar with our workflow, you will have the exciting opportunity to participate in developing our seasonal menus.
Key Responsibilities:
- Inventory Management: Ordering and managing fresh ingredients.
- Cooking: Food preparation, cooking, and plating (Western cuisine).
- Sanitation: Keeping the kitchen clean and organized.
- Menu Development: Creating new dishes and seasonal specials.
- Operational Management: Overseeing kitchen staff and managing daily operations.
