▼Job Responsibilities
【General Store Operations: Dining Room, Kitchen, etc.】 Staff of various nationalities will be working. Manage a multinational team. Support the Japanese food culture experience, including Halal ramen, so Muslim guests can enjoy it with peace of mind!
Specifically... * Greeting customers upon arrival and taking orders * Suggesting menu items tailored to customers, such as ramen, hand-rolled sushi, and matcha * Preparing and serving ordered dishes * Cleaning up after meals and washing dishes Once you're comfortable with the job, you'll be entrusted with managing and training the multinational team. Monthly Salary: ¥270,000 or more
Includes a fixed monthly overtime allowance of ¥80,000 (equivalent to 40 hours). Any overtime beyond 40 hours will be paid additionally.
Additional Benefits:
Commuting allowance (up to ¥20,000 per month)
Monthly incentives available (individual and store-based)
Salary increases four times a year (based on performance evaluations)
Business trip allowance
Bonus available based on performance (eligible from the 7th month after joining)

Contract Period: No fixed term
Employees will join as contract staff for the first 6 months, after which they will be converted to regular full-time employees.

Work Schedule: 5 days per week on a rotating shift between 9:00 AM and 12:00 AM.

Days Off: Two days off per week
Paid Leave: Available

Initial 6-month contract, followed by conversion to regular employee.
