▼Job Responsibilities
【Food Manufacturing Assistant Position】
This position involves supporting operations at a food manufacturing plant.
- Thawing frozen foods
- Removing impurities
- Cleaning and maintaining machinery
- Packaging and boxing tasks
▼Salary
【Hourly Wage】
¥1,230
【After Regular Employment】
Monthly salary: ¥180,000 to ¥250,000
Bonus: 3 months' worth Pay raises: 1% to 2.5% annually (last year's actual increase)
*Commuting allowance capped at ¥10,000/month.
*Salary determined based on age and experience.
▼Contract Period
The contract period is for more than 6 months, starting from the early part of March 2026.
▼Working Days and Hours
【Working Hours】
8:15 AM to 5:10 PM (Actual working time: 7:45 hours)
【Break Time】
60 minutes for lunch + 10 minutes around 3:00 PM = Total 70 minutes
【Minimum Working Days】
Available workdays are Monday through Saturday.
▼Overtime Details
Basically no. There's only the possibility of overtime during the busy season (October to December).
▼Holiday
Between Monday and Saturday, there are usually 2 to 3 Saturdays off per month. During busy seasons, there is only 1 Saturday off per month. There are also summer holidays and New Year holidays.
▼Training
Trial period is 3 to 6 months; you will be hired after this has passed.
