Gate Guidance: You will instruct customers on how to use the machines (electronic declaration gates).
Location Guidance: You will guide customers to the inspection area.
Queue Management: You will help customers queue when there are many people.
Refund Explanation: You will explain the tax refund process to customers.
This is a rewarding job where you help customers complete their procedures smoothly.
