Job Description
▼Job Responsibilities
【Machine Operator】
This job involves operating machinery to form the grooves (threads) on the spiral portion of screws, completing the screws.
Primary duties include:
- Operating machines to form the spiral grooves (threads) of screws
- Managing and operating 6–7 machines independently to produce screws efficiently
- Setting up machines and checking their operation
- Other tasks related to manufacturing process
▼Salary
Monthly Salary: ¥230,000 and up (includes self-improvement allowance, lunch allowance, and average commuting expenses)
*This is the minimum guaranteed salary. Actual pay will be determined based on age and experience.
*Overtime pay will be provided separately.

Twice a year/Once a year
【Various Allowances】
- Family allowance (¥5,000 per dependent)
- Commuting allowance (partially covered, company policy applies)
【Annual Salary Examples】
- ¥4.7 million / Monthly salary ¥270,000 + various allowances + bonuses (Age 34, 11th year after mid-career hire)
- ¥4.0 million / Monthly salary ¥240,000 + various allowances + bonuses (Age 27, 4th year after mid-career hire)
- ¥3.5 million / Monthly salary ¥210,000 + various allowances + bonuses (Age 25, 2nd year after mid-career hire)

Overtime may be required, but overtime pay will be provided.
