▼Job Responsibilities
【Game-Related Tourism Facility Phone Support】
This role involves handling inquiries in English and Japanese by phone regarding admission tickets to the event facility and transportation access.
In addition to phone support, you will also be responsible for creating templates for responses in English.
★ No prior knowledge of games is required! Training will be provided to help you learn the necessary procedures and how to handle inquiries!

Hourly wage: ¥1,800

【Working days】
3–5 days per week, between Monday and Sunday (excluding Tuesday)
【Working hours】
- 10:00–19:00 (8 working hours, 60-minute break)
- 10:00–18:00 (7.25 working hours, 45-minute break)
*Shifts ending at 16:00 or 17:00 may be negotiable depending on the situation
*Open on public holidays
*Fixed weekly shift schedule
