▼Job Responsibilities
[Kitchen & Dining Area]
- Providing customer service
- Assisting with food preparation and plating in the kitchen
- Managing sales and inventory to support efficient store operations
- Managing employee attendance and other administrative tasks
- Working to improve service based on customer feedback and management data
- Maintaining hygiene standards to ensure a clean and comfortable environment
▼Salary
Base Salary: 217,500 yen per month
For those without prior experience in the restaurant industry, a fixed overtime allowance of 42,500 yen (equivalent to 30 hours) will be provided.
Bonuses are paid twice a year.
Other allowances include a commuting allowance, various position-based allowances, a family allowance, and a business travel allowance.
