▼Job Responsibilities
<Jobs at an Automotive Seat Component Manufacturing Plant>
You can choose from the following three positions.
① Machine welding and visual inspection of automotive seat components
・Loading components weighing approximately 3 kg into the welding machine
・Starting the welding machine by operating the switch
・Conducting post-welding visual inspections according to a checklist
etc.
② Assembly and foam application for automotive components (sliders, headrests, etc.)
■ Assembly Work
・Assemble parts onto frames using machinery
・Visually inspect the assembly for proper fit and check for dents or scratches
・Send inspected parts to the next production line
■ Foam Injection Work
・Operate machinery to inflate urethane foam for headrests
・Perform processes such as preliminary assembly, steaming, and inspection
etc.
③ Supply, Receiving, and Shipping of Automotive Seat Parts
■ Parts Supply
・Transport parts using automated guided vehicles (AGVs) or electric carts
・Supply necessary parts from the parts warehouse to the production floor
■ Shipping
・Load finished products onto carts using hand pallet trucks
・Transport to the shipping area and process the shipment of finished products
■ Other
・Picking and sorting of automotive parts
etc.
*This position involves handling parts weighing approximately 3 kg.
*Candidates who can converse in Japanese on a daily basis are highly welcome.
