▼Job Responsibilities
This is a route delivery job for room-temperature food items to convenience stores.
You will be responsible for delivering processed foods, snacks, beverages, condiments, canned goods, and other items to stores within your assigned area.

Since this is not a delivery to a private residence, we do not offer redelivery.
In addition, since there are no sales activities at the delivery location, you can focus entirely on the delivery work.
We adjust our schedules to ensure deliveries can be made without undue stress, creating a calm and comfortable work environment.
Since the mornings start relatively late, this is ideal for those who aren't morning people.

▼Salary
Monthly salary: 369,900–418,600 yen

[Monthly Salary Breakdown]
・Base salary: 211,000–227,000 yen
・Fixed overtime pay: 112,900–129,600 yen
　*Includes 70 hours; any hours worked beyond this will be paid separately
・Course allowance: 40,000 yen
・Life Design Allowance: 6,000–22,000 yen
　*You may choose to contribute to the defined contribution plan or receive the amount as salary.

*Pay for late-night and holiday work will be provided separately in accordance with the law.

Hours: 12:00 PM–9:00 PM
*Arrival times vary depending on the delivery route.
*Working hours are between 12:00 PM and 1:30 PM
Break time: 1 hour
Days off: Rotating shifts (8–9 days off per month)
*Closed every Sunday except during the busy season from late April to early October

The salary includes a fixed overtime allowance equivalent to 70 hours
Any excess will be paid separately
Depending on traffic conditions and peak seasons, overtime may be required, which could result in you leaving work late at night.
Since you might not be able to catch the last train, this position is best suited for those who can commute by car, motorcycle, or moped.

3-month probationary period

After joining the company, you will attend classroom training sessions, including safety courses, to learn the basics of being a driver.
After that, you’ll learn the basics of driving and tips for loading cargo through on-the-job training, and we’ll continue to provide support even after you start working independently.
In addition, for the first three months after joining the company, you will receive regular follow-ups from the HR department, creating an environment where you can easily seek advice if you encounter any difficulties at work or in the workplace.
