This is a traffic control security job that involves directing vehicles entering and exiting the site, as well as pedestrians walking along the road, at the entrances to construction sites for public facilities and other locations.

Many of our job sites are designed to be manageable and sustainable, and one of their key attractions is that they allow for a work style that puts less strain on the body.

<Training and on-the-job support available—no experience necessary>
Before starting work on-site, we conduct mandatory training that focuses primarily on classroom instruction.
Plus, once you start working on-site, our experienced staff will be there to provide you with solid support and guidance!

▼Salary
Monthly salary: 300,000 yen and up


Transportation expenses: Reimbursed
*This allowance is provided to all security guards, regardless of their mode of commuting (car, train, or on foot).

*Breakdown: Includes base salary and commuting expenses
*During the 3-month probationary period, the daily wage is 12,000 yen.

<Weekly Pay Available>
We can pay 10,000 yen per day of work on a weekly basis.
*The remainder will be paid on the scheduled date.

Business Hours: 8:00 AM–5:00 PM

※8 hours of actual work per day / 60-minute break

On average, there are days when I finish work early during the month.

The trial period is 3 months. Additionally, there is a statutory training of 20 hours for inexperienced individuals and 7 hours for experienced individuals. During the training period, salaries are also paid, with 30,000 yen for inexperienced individuals and 10,000 yen for experienced individuals.
