▼Job Responsibilities
[CS (Customer Service) | Operations]
Based on requests received from customers, confirm the shipping instructions and provide directions to the relevant staff. Additionally, if there are discrepancies between the documents and the cargo, prompt and accurate responses are required.
- Verify customer requests and make appropriate corrections as needed.
- Communicate with the operations division responsible for sorting and packing cargo.
- Provide feedback to customers about the results after operations.
- Respond to inquiries and support the smooth progress of operations.
