Job Description
▼Job Responsibilities
Please inspect the parts by hand to check for any scratches or dents.
It's a simple task—just set the auto parts into the welding machine! ♪
▼Salary
Sample monthly salary: 268,800 yen and up (monthly salary excluding overtime and late-night premiums)
Hourly wage: 1,600 yen
Overtime: 2,000 yen
Late-night surcharge (10:00 PM–5:00 AM): 425 yen surcharge
▼Contract Period
The contract is renewable every six months.
▼Working Days and Hours
Two-shift system, 5 days a week *May include Saturday shifts depending on the schedule
Day shift: 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. (60-minute break)
Night shift: 8:15 PM–5:20 AM (65-minute break)
▼Overtime Details
Overtime varies by month (20 to 30 hours)
▼Holiday
Weekends off (according to the company calendar)
Golden Week, summer, and year-end/New Year holidays are provided
▼Training
The training and probationary period is one month.
