Job Description: Supermarket Operations & Management
We are looking for dedicated members to join our team and manage operations at Harashin and Narus supermarkets. Depending on your experience and expertise, you will be assigned to one of the following departments:
A) Fresh Food & Deli (Meat, Seafood, Produce, Side Dishes)
- Processing, cutting, and preparing high-quality ingredients.
- Maintaining strict freshness and hygiene standards.
B) Sales Floor Management
- Inventory control, ordering products, and optimizing shelf displays.
- Planning seasonal promotions and creating attractive sales floor layouts.
C) Customer Service & Store Operations
- Managing checkout counters, customer inquiries, and daily store opening/closing procedures.

Starting Salary (Monthly)
・Graduate School Graduates: ¥273,860
・University Graduates: ¥260,000
・Junior College / Vocational School Graduates: ¥201,680
・High School Graduates: ¥190,220
Compensation
・Bonuses: Scheduled twice a year (July and December)
・Pay raises: Once a year (in April)

▼Working Days and Hours
8 hours of actual work between 6:00 AM and 10:00 PM
* Specific working hours vary depending on the assigned department.

2 days off per week (based on the company calendar)
Annual Holidays: 120 days per year
- Mandatory 6-Day Consecutive Breaks: Required to take four 6-day vacations per year.
(Eligibility: Available after 6 months of employment and passing the certification exam.)
- Planned Paid Leave: 3 days of scheduled paid time off per year.
