▼Job Responsibilities
We are looking for someone who can handle a wide range of tasks, acting as a bridge between companies and staff. This includes labor management through company visits, supporting onboarding procedures, creating recruitment advertisements, and handling contracts.
◼︎Main Responsibilities
・Coordinate factory/site tours for manufacturing companies and service industries (matching job seekers with employers)
・Visit client companies to support labor management and onboarding procedures for employees
・Create recruitment advertisements and handle the exchange of contracts
・Provide follow-up for annual skill-up training (e-learning)
・Handle year-end tax adjustment documents
・Serve as a consultation point for workplace or personal matters
