▼Job Responsibilities
[Customer Service (Reception and Guidance at a Car Rental Branch)]
- We handle the procedures for picking up and returning vehicles.
- I am responsible for insurance verification and settlement procedures.
- If you speak a foreign language, you will also be responsible for assisting international customers (Korean, Chinese, English, etc.).
- We will assist you with reservation management and provide instructions on how to use the car and the navigation system.
- When picking up a vehicle, we may check the odometer or refuel it.
- I respond to customer inquiries via phone or computer.
