▼Job Responsibilities
[Automotive Parts Assembly]
- Use an impact wrench or torque wrench to assemble the steering wheel assembly
- Assembly by hand, not on an assembly line
- Load automotive parts into a machining center and process them using the machine
- After machining, use measuring instruments to verify the accuracy of the parts
▼Salary
Hourly wage: 1,480 yen
Monthly salary: 302,614 yen (including overtime)
Transportation expenses are covered

▼Working Days and Hours
[Shift Schedule] 5-day workweek with 2 days off and 2 shifts, or 5-day workweek with 2 days off and 3 shifts
2 Alternate
Day shift: 7:45 AM–4:30 PM (8 hours of actual work / 45-minute break)
Night shift: 6:45 PM – 3:15 AM (7 hours and 45 minutes of actual work / 45-minute break)
3 Alternate
Shift 1: 7:45 AM–4:30 PM (8 hours of actual work / 45-minute break)
Shift 2: 4:20 PM – 12:50 AM (7 hours 45 minutes of actual work / 45-minute break)
Shift 3: 12:40 a.m. to 7:55 a.m. (6 hours and 30 minutes of actual work / 45-minute break)
