▼Job Responsibilities
At the Italian restaurant on Cannery Row, you will be involved in cooking, pastry-making, and customer service.
■ Culinary Chef
This is an authentic culinary role where every dish is handmade from scratch right in the shop. Since it is an open kitchen, you will handle the cooking with a sense of "live performance," feeling the guests' reactions directly.
■ Pastry Chef
You will handcraft all cakes and desserts for our buffet and takeout using carefully selected ingredients. We focus on both production and the art of presentation and design to beautifully decorate our showcase.
■ Service (Host)
We use a "face-to-face" hospitality style where you enjoy direct conversations with guests while taking orders, rather than using touch panels. You will provide genuine hospitality that isn't bound by a strict manual.

Monthly Salary: ¥235,000 – ¥288,000
※ Includes fixed overtime pay (Job Allowance).
※ Starting salary will be determined by the offer made after the interview (details will be provided during the interview).
Allowances
- Family Allowance (Spouse: ¥11,000/month, Child: ¥10,000/month)

Scheduled Shift System (Variable Working Hours)
Working hours are assigned based on a fixed company roster.
- Early Shift: 08:00 – 20:00
- Mid Shift: 09:30 – 21:30
- Late Shift: 11:00 – 23:00
* Break Time: Includes approx. 120 minutes.
* Overtime: Includes fixed overtime pay.
* Actual Working Hours: Average 40 hours per week.
