▼Kitchen Staff
・Preparation (Determine the amount of preparation based on reservation status)
・Cooking during business hours (responsible for sections such as the sashimi station, meat station, deep-frying station, and grilling station)
・Check the presentation and seasoning
・Counter service (serving customers over the counter)
・Inventory management (recording ingredients used each day, keeping the kitchen tidy, and tracking inventory)
・Ordering (Placing orders with each supplier based on the next day’s schedule and inventory status)
・Training part-time staff
In addition, as a manager, you will be responsible for tasks such as "product development" and "cost ratio management,"
We’ll also entrust you with key responsibilities related to store operations!

・Order Acceptance
・Serving food and drinks, and clearing tables

▼Salary
Monthly salary: 270,000 yen and up (based on experience and qualifications)
Experienced candidates can start at 280,000 yen or more.
Even for those with no prior experience, the majority see their salary rise to 280,000 yen after six months.

Closed on the 8th of each month (shift-based schedule)
(A full two-day weekend is also possible)
Full-time employees: 2:00 PM to midnight
Part-time: 5:30 PM to midnight (start and end times are flexible)

Business Hours (It gets particularly busy after 7:00 PM, and we are almost always fully booked every day.)
