▼Job Responsibilities
【Carpentry Technician】
Responsible for carpentry work.
- Renovation work for houses and apartments
- Repair work using wood and tools
【Painting Technician】
Responsible for painting work.
- Painting walls and ceilings for a clean finish
- Providing colors and designs based on customer requests
【Plumbing Technician】
Responsible for general plumbing work.
- Installing and repairing water pipes inside homes
【Siding Technician】
Responsible for exterior wall construction.
- Installing siding boards on the exterior walls of a house
- Carrying out work to create a beautiful exterior finish

【Monthly Salary】
No experience: ¥250,000〜¥280,000
Experienced: ¥290,000〜¥400,000
*Salary may vary depending on experience and skills
*Includes fixed overtime pay for 45 hours (any excess will be paid in accordance with labor laws)
*Salary increases available
*Bonuses: Paid twice a year
