[Job Description]
This is a job involving machinery used to manufacture fiberglass.
・Check to see if the machine is operating properly.
・If the machine stops or an error occurs, I will notify the staff.
・Place the ingredients into the machine.
・Press a simple button.
No experience necessary!
The work is simple, so even first-timers and foreign nationals can work here with confidence.
▼Salary
Hourly wage: 1,700–2,125 yen
*Salary will be determined based on experience and qualifications.
Transportation expenses will be reimbursed separately: up to 20,000 yen
Overtime beyond 8 hours: 2,125 yen/hour and up
Statutory minimum wage: 2,295 yen/hour and up
Late-night shift allowance: 425 yen/hour and up
[Sample Pay] (Based on 21 days worked, 10 hours of overtime, and 80 hours of late-night work)
¥1,700 per hour × 8 hours × 21 days = ¥285,600
Late-night shift allowance: 425 yen × 80 hours = 34,000 yen
Overtime: 2,125 yen × 10 hours = 21,250 yen
Travel expenses: 20,000 yen (maximum)
Total: 360,850 yen

You’ll start with day shifts to get used to the routine, and once you’re comfortable, you’ll work four days and have two days off♪
I work four days a week and then have the weekend off, so I can really enjoy my personal life!
Once you get the hang of it, you'll be working three-shift rotations.
