Job Description
▼Job Responsibilities
Monitor machines that produce fiberglass (glass fiber) products to ensure they are operating properly.
If any malfunction occurs, check the affected area and report it to the supervisor for resolution.
Set materials into the machines and perform simple button operations.
This is an easy job that even those with no experience can handle.
▼Salary
Hourly wage: From ¥1,700
Transportation allowance: Separate payment (up to ¥20,000)
Overtime rates:
Over 60 hours overtime: ¥2,550/hour
Overtime over 8 hours: From ¥2,150/hour
Statutory holiday work: ¥2,295/hour
Late-night allowance: ¥350/hour
Non-statutory holiday work: ¥2,150/hour
Salary type: Monthly salary system
Expected annual income: ¥3,100,000 – ¥3,870,000
Monthly salary: ¥258,000 – ¥323,000

Training period: Day shift only until accustomed to the job. After that, a 3-shift rotation system will be introduced.
Day shift (during training):
08:40 – 16:45 (45-minute break)
3-shift system (after training):
06:00 – 14:10 (45-minute break)
14:00 – 22:10 (45-minute break)
22:00 – 06:10 (45-minute break)
