Statutory minimum wage: 2,295 yen/hour and up
Late-night shift allowance: 425 yen/hour and up
[Sample Pay] (Based on 20.3 days worked and 42 hours of late-night work)
¥1,700 per hour × 7.25 hours × 20.3 days = approximately ¥250,000
Late-night shift allowance: 425 yen × 7 hours × 6 days = approx. 17,850 yen
