【Caregiver Staff】
This role involves supporting residents in their daily lives.
- Assisting with meal preparation and mealtime support.
- Assisting with laundry, such as hanging and folding clothes.
- Supporting residents with bathing and toilet assistance.
- Cleaning and maintaining the facility.
※ Duties may vary slightly depending on the facility.
※ If you have not completed the “Basic Dementia Care Training,” you will be asked to obtain it after joining the company.

[Day Shift]
- Certified Care Worker: 1,390 yen per hour
- Those who have completed the Practical Training Program, those who have completed the Introductory Training Program, and those without certification: 1,280 yen per hour
- For work on Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays: An additional 30 yen per hour
- The night shift allowance ranges from 4,500 to 6,000 yen per shift
