【Caregiver Staff】
This role involves supporting residents in their daily lives.
- Assisting with meal preparation and mealtime support.
- Assisting with laundry, such as hanging and folding clothes.
- Supporting residents with bathing and toilet assistance.
- Cleaning and maintaining the facility.
※ Duties may vary slightly depending on the facility.
※ If you have not completed the “Basic Dementia Care Training,” you will be asked to obtain it after joining the company.

【Day Shift】
- Certified Care Worker: ¥1,231 per hour
- Those who have completed the Practical Training Course or the Initial Training Course, and those without certification: ¥1,225 per hour
- An additional ¥30 per hour is provided for working on weekends and public holidays
- Night shift allowance of ¥4,500 to ¥6,000 per shift is provided
