▼Job Responsibilities
As a cargo management staff member at Haneda Airport, you will be responsible for the following duties.
We start with simple topics, so even beginners can feel confident getting started.
[Airport Cargo Sorting Operations]
- We sort the packages by destination based on the labels attached to them.
[Inspection Work]
- Count the items and record the number.
- We will inspect the condition of your luggage to ensure there are no issues.
[Assistance with Loading and Unloading Cargo]
- We work as a team to assist with loading and unloading cargo.
[Forklift Transport Operations]
- You will also be responsible for material handling using forklifts, and the company will support you in obtaining the necessary certifications.

- Monthly salary
Minimum monthly salary: ¥235,000
Overtime allowance
¥33,000 per month for 20 hours of overtime per month
*Additional overtime will be paid separately
- Salary increases once a year (in April)
Pay raises and promotions are available based on performance
- Allowance
Qualification allowance: ¥20,000
Commuting allowance: ¥25,000
*Due to strong business performance, we have implemented annual pay raises
