▼Job Responsibilities
As a Moving Support Staff, your job is to move furniture and household belongings.
No experience necessary! We provide training, so you can start with confidence.
At first, you will work as part of a team, so you won't be working alone.
We help our customers safely move their furniture and belongings and start their new lives.
You will also learn how to drive a truck, so this job is recommended for people who enjoy physical work.
(Daily Schedule)
7:00 – Arrive at work
8:00–8:30 – Morning moving job starts
11:00–11:30 – Morning moving job ends
11:30–13:00 – Lunch break and travel
13:00–14:00 – Afternoon moving job starts
16:00–17:00 – Afternoon moving job ends
17:00–18:00 – Return to the branch office and finish work
▼Salary
A guaranteed monthly salary of ¥330,000–¥370,000 will be provided for the first 12 months after joining the company. (Terms and conditions apply.)
The regular monthly salary ranges from ¥325,206 to ¥448,411.
This includes a fixed overtime allowance for 60 hours (¥98,206–¥135,411).
You will receive the full fixed overtime allowance even if you work less than 60 hours of overtime. Any overtime exceeding 60 hours will be paid separately.
Employees who hold a Medium Vehicle License or a Semi-Medium Vehicle License (without the 5-ton restriction) will receive an additional ¥20,000 per month.
If you obtain a Semi-Medium Vehicle License (without the 5-ton restriction) or a higher license after joining the company, you will also receive the additional ¥20,000 per month for the remainder of the guaranteed salary period.
A ¥100,000 bonus will be paid after every four months of employment, up to three times. (Terms and conditions apply.)

▼Overtime Details
During busy seasons, such as March, when the number of moving jobs increases, there may be more overtime. However, during the rest of the year, you can usually finish work by 6:00 p.m.

You will have more than 120 days off per year, including 10 days off each month. (Since you can request your preferred days off, it's easy to take time off.)
Paid leave includes: New Year's holidays, summer vacation, bereavement leave, annual paid leave, Wedding Anniversary Leave, and Spouse's Birthday Leave. (The last two are also paid leave.)

Probationary Period: 1 month
After obtaining a Class 2 license, you must complete 20 hours of training to finish the process.
