Job Description
▼Job Responsibilities
This position involves manufacturing fabric used for bus and train seats at a textile factory.
You will first learn the warping process, which is the preparation of yarn before it is installed on the weaving machines.
Once you become familiar with the work, you will also be responsible for monitoring weaving machines, joining broken threads, and checking product quality.
※ Factory tours are available!
Most employees start with no prior experience, and senior staff provide thorough training and support, allowing you to work with confidence.

200,000–270,000 yen
* Transportation expenses provided based on actual costs (up to ¥50,000 per month)
* Salary raise available
* Bonus paid twice per year (previous year's performance: total equivalent to 4 months of base salary)
