▼Job Responsibilities
【Customer Service・Cooking Assistance】
You will be working at a restaurant that offers French home-style dishes. The role mainly involves customer service, such as guiding guests when they arrive at the restaurant and delivering meals. You may also be involved in simple cooking assistance in an open kitchen. Depending on your motivation and abilities, you may also be entrusted with main cooking and creating special dishes.
Specific job duties are as follows:
- Guiding customers and handling orders
- Serving food and drinks and managing payments
- Preparing ingredients and performing simple cooking and plating
- Proposing new menu ideas
- Supporting store operations as a team by collaborating with staff
In a workplace with good communication, there are many opportunities for those with a desire to grow. It is an environment where even those with no experience can start with confidence.
▼Salary
The basic salary is 215,039 yen, including 24,961 yen for 7 hours of night duty allowance and 5 hours of fixed overtime, with a total payment amount of 240,000 yen. Any excess will be paid separately. Bonuses are given twice a year, based on company performance and individual evaluation. There is no salary increase.
