▼Job Responsibilities
[Welding Staff]
This job involves assembling parts used in the manufacture of large excavators and bulldozers.
Since I get to make different products every day, I can take on new challenges.
You will be responsible for the following tasks.
- I review the drawings and work instructions to determine how to perform the welding.
- Temporarily secure the components in place, then proceed with the final welding.
- We perform multi-pass welding and root pass welding to ensure the parts bond securely.
- Use a grinder to smooth out the welded area.
- We inspect the finished products and hand them over to the next process.
In this role, you’ll be crafting critical components for construction machinery and putting your technical skills to good use!

Hourly wage: 1,600 yen
Overtime, weekend work, and work after 10:00 PM: 2,000 yen per hour
Example monthly salary: 280,000–360,000 yen
(For a 20-day work period: Includes 10 days of day shifts at 12,800 yen per day, 10 days of night shifts at 15,200 yen per day, and 40 hours of overtime at 80,000 yen)
Travel expenses: Reimbursed (up to 15,000 yen)
