[Mobile Phone Store Staff]
As a staff member at a cell phone store, you will be responsible for customer service duties within the store.
- Procedures for new mobile service contracts and device upgrades
- Proposing and selling mobile-related products and options to customers
- Proposals for services offered by the group
- Daily tasks such as cleaning the store, rearranging the layout, and preparing for opening and closing
