▼Job Responsibilities
【Civil Engineering Construction Staff】
This job involves burying utility poles underground to make the city safer and more beautiful.
- Dig holes at designated utility pole locations.
- Install and bury cables according to specifications.
- Refill the holes and restore the road surface.
- Transport tools, equipment, and construction materials.
Meet at the company office first, then travel together to job sites across Tokyo!
Even if you have no experience, we provide thorough training from the basics, including how to use tools and equipment, so beginners can start with confidence.
We also offer a comprehensive program to support employees in obtaining professional certifications, allowing you to work while improving your skills.

- Standard Driver's License: ¥14,500 per day
- Semi-Medium License / 3-Ton Dump Truck: ¥15,000 per day
- Medium License / 4-Ton Dump Truck: ¥15,500 per day

A housing allowance of ¥5,000 per month is provided starting three months after joining the company.
