This job involves directing traffic at construction sites to ensure that pedestrians, bicycles, motorcycles, and vehicles can pass safely.
■ Main Worksites
【① Telecommunications Construction Sites (Projects for Our Parent Company, Shinka)】
You will typically move between 2 and 7 worksites per day.
After joining the company, you will mainly work at telecommunications construction sites operated by our parent company, making it an ideal environment for beginners to learn the job safely and confidently.
Since you will travel between sites, you will not be standing in one place all day, allowing you to stay active throughout your shift.
【② Building Construction and Civil Engineering Sites】
Once you gain experience, you may also work at a variety of construction and civil engineering projects.
※ Worksite assignments are determined by the company based on staffing needs and skill development.
■ No Experience Required!
Approximately 90% of our current staff started with no prior experience.
We have extensive experience hiring and training beginners, and provide:
・Mandatory training programs
・On-the-job training (OJT)
・Support from experienced senior staff
