▼Job Responsibilities
【Highway Security Staff】
This is an important job that involves ensuring the safety of construction workers while creating an environment where traffic can flow smoothly.
■ Traffic Control Setup
- This task helps ensure the construction work is carried out safely.
- Place arrow signs and traffic cones along the road to prevent vehicles from entering the work area.
■ Safety Monitoring
- Monitor the work site during construction to ensure everyone's safety.
- If a vehicle appears to be entering the work zone, immediately alert the construction crew using a whistle or flag.
⭐︎This task requires strong concentration, so staff rotate regularly.
■ Cleanup
- After construction is finished, work with your team to collect the arrow signs and traffic cones and load them onto the truck.
*Please note that traffic restrictions may be in place not only on expressways but also on regular roads.
⭐︎No experience necessary! We offer comprehensive training and support, so you can start with confidence!

Starting at 11,000 yen per day
