Job Description
▼Job Responsibilities
You will be responsible for all car seat assembly and inspection work on the production line of a major automotive-related company.
【Job Description】
(1) Assemble the frame to create the mold
(2) Attach cushion pads and covers to the mold to complete the seat
(3) Check the finished products for scratches or marks, and sort them into OK and NG items
Tools such as impact drivers and wrenches are used. There is no handling of heavy items.
This is a job where you can work in an air-conditioned environment.
Even if you have no experience using tools, senior staff will provide careful training.

【Basic Hourly Wage】¥1,650 / hour
【Overtime Hourly Wage】¥2,063 / hour (125%)
【Transportation Expenses】Provided separately (up to ¥15,000)
【Monthly Income Example】
* Basic salary: ¥1,650 × 8 hours × 21 days = ¥277,200
* Late-night work: ¥413 × 4 hours × 10 days = ¥16,520
* Overtime allowance: ¥2,063 × 1 hour × 21 days = ¥43,323
