Job Description
▼Job Responsibilities
【Interpretation and Translation Services】
We serve as a linguistic bridge between Myanmar employees working on the production floor and Japanese staff.
- Provide interpretation and translation between Myanmar and Japanese.
- Clearly explain work procedures, tasks, and instructions to employees both on the production floor and in the office.
【Japanese Language Education and Daily Life Support Services】
We provide support to ensure that our employees from Myanmar can enjoy their time in Japan.
- Assist employees with learning Japanese and provide support when they encounter challenges in their daily lives.
- Share useful information about living in Japan to help them settle in with confidence.
【General Labor Management and Administrative Tasks】
Handle a variety of administrative and coordination tasks to ensure smooth workplace operations.
- Perform daily data entry, prepare documents, and assist with administrative tasks to support efficient workplace operations.

Monthly Salary

Base Salary
-¥176,700
Based on a daily wage of ¥8,835 for 20 working days per month.
Various Allowances
- Perfect attendance allowance: ¥10,000
- 100% overtime pay
- Salary increases twice a year
- Bonuses are paid twice a year
